Returns and Exchanges Policy

At LODISON, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the following policy:

Return Period

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct product exchanges.

  • Instead, once your return is approved, you will receive a store credit coupon that can be used to place a new order.

Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only (coupon).

  • The credit can be used across our store for any future purchase.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If the item arrived defective or incorrect, LODISON will cover the return shipping cost.

Processing Time

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued within 7 business days.

International Orders

  • This policy applies equally to all customers worldwide, including Israel, the United States, and other countries.
